BetFusion is a brand operated by DirectBE LTD, a company established under the laws of the United Kingdom. All games available on this website are powered and operated by Aspire Global International LTD.
Aspire Global International LTD (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) is registered in Malta with registration number C42296, dedicated to providing online and mobile casino games and sports betting services. Its registered office is located at St George’s Business Centre, Level 5, St George’s Road, St Julians STJ 3200, Malta. The Company operates under a license from the Malta Gaming Authority (License No. MGA/CRP/148/2007, issued on August 17, 2009). This license consolidates previous licenses held by the Company and includes Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 Gaming Services, offering casino games, fixed odds betting, and bingo. Games provided by Aspire Global International Ltd are regulated by the MGA. Additionally, the Company holds an Irish Betting License with reference number 1014834.
The Company provides online and mobile gaming services to you (the “User”) under the terms and conditions outlined in this End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”). It is essential that you read this Agreement carefully in its entirety before using the Company’s services or products. Please be aware that this Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By registering with The Company and/or using its services, you confirm your full acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using The Company Services and remove any RVG Games from your computer and mobile device.

Alongside the terms and conditions in this Agreement, you should review our Privacy and Cookie Policy. Your use of our gambling services is subject to all additional rules that apply from time to time to the specific gambling services you are using. These include, but are not limited to, the Responsible Gaming Policy, Fair Play Policy, Cash Out Policy, Bonus Policy, as well as other rules, policies, and terms and conditions related to games, services, and promotions posted on our Website and/or Mobile Application(s). These documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference, along with any other policies we may notify you of in advance from time to time.
1. Definitions
In this Agreement, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:
- Free Practice Play: A play mode that allows a Player Account holder to play RVG Games using The Company Services for practice purposes. This mode does not involve betting real money and offers no chance to win or lose actual funds, but it is subject to the same player rules as Real Money Play.
- RVG Game(s): Refers to both Free Practice Play and Real Money Play games that can be played by Players with a valid Player Account via our Website(s).
- Game Procedures: Additional procedures or conditions issued by The Company that apply specifically to a particular Free Practice Play and/or Real Money Play RVG Game, supplementing this Agreement.
- Games Rules: The rules governing all Free Practice Play and Real Money Play games using The Company Services, including all relevant sections of this Agreement and the Game Procedures for each specific RVG Game.
- Interactive System: The software used by The Company Services to activate and determine the outcome of Free Practice Play and Real Money Play games.
- Mobile Application(s): Any mobile application owned, operated, affiliated with, or hosted by The Company, along with any programs, data files, or content derived from it, required for you to access and participate in RVG Games for Free Practice Play and Real Money Play.
- The Company Services: The Company’s internet gaming system on the Website(s) and/or Mobile Application(s), including related services and gaming activities as offered and listed on these platforms.
- Play: Any purchase of an RVG Game using real money for the purpose of online betting.
- Player: Any individual aged eighteen or over who holds a valid Player Account with The Company for online betting.
- Player Account: A personal account opened by and for an individual with The Company, enabling that person to play RVG Games using The Company Services for both Practice Play and Real Money Play.
- Real Money Play: A play mode that allows a Player Account holder to play RVG Games using The Company Services, involving the betting of real funds with the potential to win or lose such funds.
- RVG: Refers to Free Practice Play and/or Real Money Play games accessible to Players with a valid Player Account via The Company Services.
- Us, We, or Our: Refers to The Company (Aspire Global International LTD) and/or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees.
- The Company’s Partners: Refers to any affiliates, agents, contractors, and/or business partners of The Company, including White Label Partners.
- Username and Password: The unique credentials you select upon registering to use The Company Services, which are personal and may only be used by you for Free Practice Play and Real Money Play Games.
- Website: Any website owned, operated, affiliated with, or hosted by The Company, including any programs, data files, or content derived from it, necessary for you to access and participate in RVG Games for Free Practice Play and Real Money Play.
- White Label Partner: An entity that owns an internet site or mobile device company and provides specific functions, such as marketing and promotion, in connection with The Company Services.
- You, Your, or User: Refers to the individual using The Company Services for Free Practice Play and/or Real Money Play games.
2. Legal Compliance
- 2.1 The availability of The Company Services does not constitute an offer or invitation by us for you to use them if you reside in a country or region where such use is prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction where The Company, at its sole discretion, chooses not to offer its services.
- 2.2 You assume sole responsibility for determining whether your use of The Company Services is legal in the country/region where you live and/or in any country/region from which you log on to use them. The Company is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of its services by you, as we cannot verify the legality of use in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the legality of using The Company Services before accessing them. If you have any doubts about the legality of your use under applicable laws, you should consult legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2.3 By law, you may only use the Services if you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or have reached the legal age of majority as defined by the laws of your country, provided that this age is eighteen (18) years or higher (“Legally of Age”). We reserve the right to withhold any funds in your account until your age has been verified.
- 2.4 We may request proof of age at any time to ensure that minors are not using The Company Services. We also reserve the right to suspend or close your Player Account and exclude you, temporarily or permanently, from using the Services if satisfactory proof of age is not provided or if we suspect you are underage. If satisfactory proof is not provided within five (5) days of our request, your Player Account will be closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original funding source. This decision will be final and binding.
- 2.5 During their employment and for a period of 24 months thereafter, no officer, director, employee, consultant, or agent of The Company, its affiliated companies, suppliers, vendors, or White Label Partners is permitted to use The Company Services, either directly or indirectly. This restriction also applies to relatives of such individuals, where ‘relative’ includes, but is not limited to, a spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- 3.1 For clarity, The Company is the owner or licensee of the copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, as well as the Interactive System and the RVG Games offered via The Company Services. Players and prospective players acquire no rights to these by using the Services. Other content related to The Company Services, including but not limited to software, images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, and text (“Site and Mobile Content”), belongs to The Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. Players acknowledge and agree that they are only permitted to use The Company Services as expressly set out in this Agreement and obtain no rights in the Site and Mobile Content. Under no circumstances may you use the Site and Mobile Content without The Company’s prior written consent.
- 3.2 All content and use of The Company Services is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use is strictly prohibited, and you will be solely liable for any damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to such prohibited activities.
4. Use of Player Accounts
To log in and play RVG Games via The Company Services, whether for Free Practice Play or Real Money Play, you must open a Player Account, which will serve as your identification with The Company for as long as you use the Services.
- 4.1 By opening a Player Account, you confirm and acknowledge the following:
- 4.1.1 You are at least 18 years old or meet any higher minimum legal age of majority required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
- 4.1.2 You have provided all necessary details to open a Player Account, including your name, address, contact email, and/or personal telephone number. The information you provide during registration is correct, true, and complete. You are responsible for updating your Player Account with any changes to these details. You expressly consent that we may, at our discretion, share some or all of the information you submit with The Company’s partners for purposes related to delivering The Company Services, including verifying and authenticating your personal details and communicating promotional material and information about products and services from The Company and its partners. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details, which you hereby accept. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, you will be in breach of contract, and we reserve the right to terminate your Player Account immediately and/or prevent you from using The Company Services, in addition to any other action we may take.
- 4.1.3 Your Player Account is for your personal use only, and funds deposited into it may only be used to play via The Company Services. Verification procedures will be conducted when you deposit funds. You may not use your Player Account on behalf of another person. You may only create one Player Account with The Company and use the Services through that single account. Any use of your Player Account is strictly for your own private purposes. We are not responsible for any third party accessing your account and will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result. Any activation of your Player Account using the correct Password and Username will be considered by us as a valid entry by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately, and we will suspend your account pending investigation.
- 4.1.4 Funds held in your Player Account do not accrue interest. You may not place bets using The Company Services for an amount greater than the total funds in your account. You agree not to treat The Company as a financial institution.
- 4.1.5 You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to The Company. You agree not to make any chargebacks, deny, or reverse any payment made for The Company Services. You will reimburse us for any chargebacks, denials, or reversals of payments you make and for any losses we suffer as a result.
- 4.1.6 You do not already have an existing Player Account with Aspire Global International LTD in your name, and you are not using the Services through someone else’s account with your credit card information. If you attempt to open more than one Player Account, under your own name or any other name, or attempt to use the Services through another person’s account, we may immediately close all your accounts, retain all monies in them, and bar you from future use of The Company Services.
- 4.1.7 You fully understand the methods, rules, and procedures of The Company Services and internet gambling in general. You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure the details of bets and games are correct. You will not commit any acts or display any conduct that damages the reputation of The Company.
- 4.1.8 You are solely responsible for recording, paying, and accounting to any relevant governmental, taxation, or other authority for any tax or other levy that may be payable on any winnings paid to you.
- 4.1.9 You are solely responsible for any telecommunications networks, internet access services, and other consents and permissions required in connection with your use of The Company Services.
- 4.1.10 You acknowledge that access to and use of our services is not permitted from certain jurisdictions. We maintain a list of prohibited territories, which may be updated from time to time. You confirm that you are not accessing our services from any prohibited territory. The full list of Prohibited (Blocked) Territories is provided above.
- 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Player Account, including your Username and Password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your Username and Password confidential and not disclose them to anyone. To maintain confidentiality, follow these security tips:
- Never write down or record your Username or Password in a way that can be understood by someone else.
- Never divulge your Username and Password to any other individual.
- Avoid using easily guessable details like birthdays, telephone numbers, or names of spouses/children.
- Inform us immediately (by contacting our support team) of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicion that someone else knows your credentials.
- 4.3 You are solely responsible for all transactions conducted in your Player Account using your Username and Password. Any person who identifies themselves by entering your correct credentials is assumed by us to be you, and all such transactions will be regarded as valid and authorized.
- 4.4 By registering and/or depositing using a Bank ID or any other form of electronic verification, you are responsible for keeping those details secure and are solely responsible for their security.
- 4.5 Inactive Accounts:
- 4.5.1 If you have not logged into your Player Account for twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be considered an “inactive account.” We will contact you via email up to one month before your account becomes inactive to notify you.
- 4.5.2 Once an account becomes inactive, a monthly maintenance fee of €5 will be charged on the balance.
- 4.5.3 The first monthly maintenance fee will be charged at the end of the FIRST month after your account became inactive. No fee will be charged if the account has no funds.
- 4.6 To recover funds from dormant or closed accounts, you can log in at any time and request a withdrawal of any funds present. Before closing an account, we ensure all funds have been withdrawn. If an account is blocked due to fraud and has a remaining balance, refunds will be issued on deposits, and winnings will be forfeited by a player who violates the terms of use and/or bonus policy. If a player chooses temporary self-exclusion and has a balance, the funds will only be available once the exclusion period ends, or upon request via email/live chat. In case of permanent exclusion, the player will be advised to request a cash-out as soon as the request is received.
- 4.7 For German players only: As of 01.07.2012, German authorities introduced a taxation of betting stakes for sports bets. In accordance with § 17 of the Racing Bets and Lotteries Act, taxation is set at 5% of the stake. For won bets, a fee covering this taxation amount will be deducted from winnings. The fee will be 5% of gross winnings (stake multiplied by the odds). Net winnings will be transferred to the customer’s account after the deduction. This applies to users whose permanent residence is in Germany and who are in Germany when placing a bet. It does not apply when placing bets from outside Germany. For taxation purposes, the company is permitted to use geolocation technology to determine the user’s location at the time of betting and save this information for taxation calculation and auditing. The company is also required to divulge this information upon legal request.
- 4.8 For German and Austrian Players: A BuyWin fee of 5.3% will be applied to all stakes, with odd cent amounts rounded up. This fee will be deducted together with the stake from your Player Account. For example, for a €1 stake, an additional €0.053 will be deducted (total €1.053). If you use bonus funds, the BuyWin fee will be deducted from your bonus funds first, provided you have sufficient balance; otherwise, it will be deducted from your real money balance.
- 4.9 It is your responsibility to ensure you read and understand all rules and procedures of the RVG Games on the Website(s), including without limitation the Games Rules and the Games Procedures, prior to playing Real Money Play games or placing bets.
- 4.10 It is prohibited to transfer, sell, and/or acquire player accounts to or from other players. Transferring funds between player accounts is also prohibited.
- 4.11 You may close your account at any time, and we will return any and all funds from your Player Account, subject to any applicable withdrawal charges. To close your account, you should contact customer support in writing. The effective closure of the account will correspond to the termination of these T&Cs. If the reason for closure relates to concerns about possible gambling addiction, you should indicate this. The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion. All retention procedures will be reviewed and considered. Any depositing player who asks to close their account may be subject to retention attempts, which include contacting you through different channels to clarify the reason and find solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- 4.12 Your Player Account consists of a real money balance and a bonus balance. If you have both, the next wager you make will use real money funds first. If your real money balance is insufficient to cover a bet and you use bonus funds for the remainder, any winnings from that bet will be credited to you in proportion to the real money and bonus funds used. For example, if you place a £10 bet consisting of £4 from your real money balance and £6 from your bonus balance, and the bet wins £30, your account will be credited with £12 to your real money balance and £18 in bonus funds. Winnings generated from bonus funds will be subject to the terms of the Bonus Policy.
- 4.13 You may choose to exclude yourself from using The Company Services for a definite or indefinite period. To block your access, you can send an email to [email protected] or use the cooling-off period function to suspend your account. For further information, please see our Responsible Gaming Policy.
- 4.14 You may also choose to set limits on maximum losses, maximum wagers, and/or maximum time per session.
- 4.15 Certain services include our “BuyWin” feature. For these services (the “BuyWin Services”), a fee (“BuyWin Fee”) is charged on every bet. The BuyWin Fee will be displayed before the relevant BuyWin Service starts, and you will be asked to click “OK” to indicate your acceptance.
- 4.16 The BuyWin Fee will be deducted, together with your stake, from your Player Account. Odd cent amounts will be rounded up. For example, with a 3.33% BuyWin Fee and a £/€1 stake, the total deduction would be £/€1.04 (£/€1 stake + £/€0.04 fee).
5. Security Measures
The Company’s Interactive System is a secure environment. Access to The Company Services is only granted after passing through our secured networks, which use state-of-the-art encryption for Username and Password data. You cannot access The Company Services without completing our customer security login process. Any attempt to bypass the Interactive System will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
6. Prohibited Uses of The Company Services
- 6.1 You hereby confirm and acknowledge that:
- 6.1.1 You are not depositing funds originating from criminal and/or unauthorized activities.
- 6.1.2 You are not otherwise conducting criminal activities and/or intending to use your Player Account in connection with such activities.
- 6.1.3 You are not using or intending to use, or allow any other person to use, your Player Account for any prohibited or unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud or money laundering, under the laws of your jurisdiction or any other applicable laws.
- 6.1.4 The credit/debit card details or other payment method details provided during registration belong to the registered Player Account holder and are not stolen or reported lost. If you use a payment method not in your personal name, we will presume you have received complete and sufficient consent from the rightful owner to use it.
- 6.1.5 You have not previously held a Player Account with us that was terminated or suspended, and you have not notified us, now or in the past, that you have a gambling addiction.
- 6.1.6 You shall not break into, access, or attempt to break into The Company Services. In case of a suspected security breach, we may immediately terminate your account, seize all funds pending investigation, and notify relevant authorities.
- 6.1.7 You shall not intentionally disconnect from an RVG Game while using The Company Services. If we determine you are in breach of this clause, we may terminate your access immediately and/or block your account, with no obligation to refund any funds in your account.
- 6.1.8 You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, match-fixing, or other unlawful activity related to your or third parties’ participation in any Games.
- 6.2 If any suspicious, improper, fraudulent, or unlawful activities are attempted and/or performed through the use of The Company Services, we may terminate and/or block your Player Account and seize all funds available through it. We also reserve the right to disclose any and all details of your account to the relevant authorities.
- 6.3 Artificial Intelligence – Robots: You are not allowed to use any software program which, in our opinion, constitutes artificial intelligence (“AI Software”) in connection with your use of the Services. We constantly monitor for the use of AI Software and, if we deem it has been used, we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking access, terminating your account, and seizing all monies held in it.
- 6.4 You should report any suspicion that a player is colluding with another player or cheating.
7. Currency and Payments
- 7.1 For clarity, references to currency in this Agreement refer to Euro and/or any other currency accepted by us, as selected by the Player in their Player Account.
- 7.2 A Player with a valid account may withdraw their winnings according to the limits described in the Cashout Policy.
- 7.3 You understand that all financial transactions will be handled by us, or by third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions on our behalf, and checks will be conducted to prevent money laundering. To the extent they do not conflict with this Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such third parties. We reserve the right to run credit checks using the information you submitted.
- 7.4 We reserve the right to refuse acceptance and payment through any means of payment, such as certain credit cards, checks, or e-wallets. We may credit you back using the same method you used for deposit, where possible.
- 7.5 By accepting a bonus from us, you agree to be bound by the rules of our Bonus Policy.
- 7.6 We may, at any time, set off any positive balance in your Player Account against any amount you owe us. For example, if a bet requires resettlement, we may deduct the required amount from your account.
- 7.7 All payments into your account must come from a single payment source (e.g., a debit card) on which you are the named account holder. Deposit limits may apply. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for deposits and withdrawals as detailed in the “Cashier.” (Note: From April 14th, 2020, credit cards are no longer accepted for deposits or withdrawals with UK online casinos).
- 7.8 General Conditions of Use for E-voucher (E-PRO solution): E-PRO is a payment solution provided by EMP Corp, an E-money agent, based on E-money and E-wallet. E-PRO is an E-Voucher issued by EMP Corp, resold by First Remit Limited (UK), a registered money service business with HMRC (certificate 12679642) and authorized by the FCA as a payments institution (reference 622935). E-Pro e-Vouchers resold by First Remit will appear on your card statement as “Online Payment.” An E-VOUCHER is generated when EMP Corp intervenes to pay for services on the MERCHANT SITE. If the payment service provider is EMP Corp, the transaction results in the creation and purchase of electronic money to credit an E-wallet.
8. Refund Policy
- 8.1 No refunds can be processed for funds that are subject to wagering requirements or restrictions.
- 8.2 A refund request will only be considered if made within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a player alleges unauthorized access (including by a minor) to their account.
- 8.3 If your refund request requires us to perform further identity verification to comply with legal/regulatory obligations or prevent fraud, we may withhold the refund until verification is complete. Such circumstances may include requests for refunds via a different payment method than used for deposits, or reasonable grounds to suspect an account was not set up by the user on their own behalf. If you fail to satisfy our verification requirements, we may refuse the refund, close your account, and forfeit funds, as required by our legal obligations.
- 8.4 Notwithstanding anything else, you shall not be prevented from withdrawing (i) your deposit balance, (ii) winnings from wagers made with deposit funds, and (iii) winnings from any bonus not subject to wagering requirements (or for which requirements have been met), except where required by our legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., anti-money laundering).
9. Complaints
- 9.1 We will use best efforts to resolve any reported matter promptly. Complaints will be escalated internally based on urgency and nature, and once a solution is found, it will be communicated to you immediately.
- 9.2 If you have a query about any transaction, you may contact us. We will review queried or disputed transactions, and our judgment will be final.
- 9.3 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, and it has been more than 8 weeks since we received your complaint, or you have received a final response with which you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. We have appointed eCOGRA as our ADR provider. You may refer your dispute to eCOGRA free of charge, provided you have exhausted our internal complaints process. Complaints should be submitted to eCOGRA promptly after receiving our final decision or after the 8-week period. Use of the ADR service is voluntary, but we will fully cooperate with any investigation.
- 9.4 If you are playing from the European Union, you can refer any dispute to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
10. NO WARRANTY
THE RVG GAME, INTERACTIVE SYSTEM, AND THE SITE AND MOBILE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (WHETHER BY LAW, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF APPLICABLE LAWS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RVG GAME, INTERACTIVE SYSTEM, OR SITE AND MOBILE CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SOFTWARE, SERVER, OR MOBILE DEVICE MAKING IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR BUGS OR REPRESENTS THE FULL FUNCTIONALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE MATERIALS.
IN THE EVENT OF SYSTEMS OR COMMUNICATIONS ERRORS, BUGS, OR VIRUSES RELATING TO ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT OR OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE COMPANY SERVICES OR INTERACTIVE SYSTEM RESULTING IN LOSS OF DATA, WINNINGS, BONUSES, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VOID ALL AFFECTED RVG GAMES, VOID ANY PAYMENTS OR BONUSES, AND TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS. WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE BACKUP NETWORK OR SYSTEMS.
IF SUCH ERRORS, BUGS, OR VIRUSES RESULT IN YOU RECEIVING ANY WINNINGS OR BONUSES (OR GENERATING ADDITIONAL WINNINGS FROM THEM), WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT THE EFFECT OF SUCH ERRORS BY:
- VOIDING THE WINNINGS AND/OR BONUSES AND ANY ADDITIONAL WINNINGS GENERATED FROM THEM;
- DEDUCTING SUCH AMOUNTS FROM YOUR PLAYER ACCOUNT; AND/OR
- SETTING OFF SUCH AMOUNTS AGAINST ANY MONEY OWED TO YOU.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, MOBILE DEVICE COMPANY, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY USED TO ACCESS THE COMPANY SERVICES.
11. Limitation of Liability
- 11.1 You acknowledge that betting may result in losing money and that all losses incurred by you through using The Company Services are your sole responsibility.
- 11.2 Your decision to use The Company Services is at your own discretion and risk.
- 11.3 We shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with your use of The Company Services, whether direct or indirect, including without limitation, loss of business, profits, business interruption, or business information (even if we have been notified of the possibility of such loss).
- 11.4 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of any link used in connection with The Company Services. We are not responsible for the content of any linked sites.
- 11.5 You confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, suspension of, or discontinuance of The Company Services.
- 11.6 Without limiting Section 10, you agree that if the Interactive System or The Company Services fail to operate correctly due to factors beyond our control (e.g., delays, data loss, communication failures, misuse, errors):
- a. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, including loss of winnings.
- b. If such errors result in an overpayment of winnings to you, you are not entitled to the excess amount. You must immediately inform us of the error and repay the overpayment, or we may deduct it from your account or set it off against any money owed to you.
12. Miscarried and Aborted Games, Errors
- 12.1 In the event of a game, bet, or system malfunction, all bets and/or wagers are void.
- 12.2 If a game or bet is started but miscarries due to a system failure, The Company shall refund the wagered amount to your Player Account. If you had an accrued credit at the time of failure, that credit will also be returned.
- 12.3 If The Company mistakenly credits you with winnings that do not belong to you (due to technical/human error, incorrect pay tables, etc.), the amount remains the property of the Company and will be deducted from your account. If you have already withdrawn such funds, the mistakenly paid amount constitutes a debt owed by you to The Company. You are obliged to notify The Company immediately upon becoming aware of such an error.
13. Indemnity
- 13.1 You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any breach of this Agreement by you, or from any liabilities arising out of your use of The Company Services (or use by any other person accessing via your identification, with or without your knowledge).
- 13.2 In addition to any other remedy, if you breach these terms, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect such a breach, your winnings may be forfeited at our discretion, and we may retain any positive balance in your account pending investigation and/or legal proceedings. Failure to comply may also result in disqualification, account closure, and/or legal action.
14. Changes to the Agreement
- 14.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service, the Games Rules, Bonus Policy, and Cash Out Policy at any time. We encourage you to revisit this page frequently. We will provide prior notice of substantial changes through your account and/or via email to the address linked to your account. Such substantial changes will take effect seven (7) days after notice is provided. All other changes are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” date, and your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
- 14.2 If you disagree with any changes to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Games Rules, Bonus Policy, or Cash Out Policy, you should immediately cease all activity in your account, close your account, and request to be unsubscribed from all correspondence.
15. Chat Feature
- 15.1 As part of your use of The Company Services, we may provide a moderated chat facility. We reserve the right to review and record all statements made. Your use of the chat facility should be for recreational and social purposes and is subject to the following rules:
- 15.1.1 No sexually explicit, grossly offensive, bigoted, racist, hateful, or profane statements.
- 15.1.2 No abusive, defamatory, harassing, or insulting statements towards The Company’s operators.
- 15.1.3 No advertising, promotion, or discussion of other online entities.
- 15.1.4 No untrue, malicious, or damaging statements about The Company, its services, or related sites.
- 15.1.5 No collusion through chat rooms or separate chats.
- 15.2 Breaching any chat rules may result in immediate termination of your Player Account. Upon such termination, any funds in your account, less any amount owed to us, will be refunded. The Company may remove the chat functionality if it is abused.
PLEASE NOTE: Any personally identifiable information you submit via the chat facility can be read, collected, or used by The Company. The Company is not responsible for such information you choose to submit. Suspicious chats will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
16. Miscellaneous
- 16.1 Before a prize is paid on any winning RVG Game, it must be validated according to this Agreement and the rules set by The Company. We reserve the right to make the sole and final decision regarding the game’s winning status, and our decision will be final and binding.
- 16.2 We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to register or provide a Player Account to any individual, close an account, or limit/refuse a wager. In such cases, we will honor any contractual obligations already entered into.
- 16.3 By registering and accepting this Agreement, you agree to receive communications or advertising from The Company regarding its services or products, including by email and SMS. To “opt-out” of communications, send a blank message with “remove” to [email protected]. To opt-out of SMS marketing, reply “stopmessage” to any SMS we send.
- 16.4 We reserve the right to suspend, change, modify, add, or remove any RVG Game(s) without prior notice and with immediate effect. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result.
- 16.5 We may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time, each subject to its own rules. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time. If we believe a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or promotion, we may, at our sole discretion, deny, withhold, or withdraw the bonus, rescind the policy for that user, or terminate their access to the Services. We also reserve the right to decline any pending cashout under such conditions.
- 16.6 You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party upon prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Services after such notice will be deemed consent to the assignment.
- 16.7 You understand that you will receive electronic communications from us, posted via the Services or sent to you via email. All such communications will be considered “in writing” and will be deemed received after 4 business days.
- 16.8 The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Agreement shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder.
- 16.9 This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and us relating to the use of The Company Services.
- 16.10 This Agreement has been drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version, the English language version shall prevail.
- 16.11 No waiver by us of any term of this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach.
- 16.12 Unless otherwise stated, nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or benefits to third parties.
- 16.13 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or joint enterprise between you and us.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta. You irrevocably submit, for our benefit, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta to settle any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement.
18. GENERAL SPORTS BETTING TERMS
- 18.1 These Betting Rules are inseparably linked to our Terms & Conditions and form a part thereof. Acceptance of these Betting Rules is a prerequisite to account registration.
- 18.2 The minimum wager on our sports betting products is £0.10. Maximum bet amounts vary between sports, leagues, and bet types. The specific maximum will be displayed when entering your stake. We do not guarantee acceptance of any bet placed for the maximum stake.
- 18.3 We reserve the right to refuse any part or all of any bet request for any reason at our sole discretion. Individual bets may be reviewed and an alternative price or stake offered.
- 18.4 We only accept bets made online. Bets submitted via email, telephone, fax, etc., will be void, win or lose.
- 18.5 We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any bet or part of a bet before the game starts and to void ambiguous bets without justification.
- 18.6 Customers cannot cancel or change a bet once it has been placed and confirmed.
- 18.7 Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. If a bet (excluding live-betting) is inadvertently accepted after an event has started, it will be treated as void.
- 18.8 Regardless of the odds format you select for display, all bets will be settled based on American odds.
- 18.9 If we have reason to believe a bet was placed after the outcome was known or after the selected participant gained a material advantage, we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.
- 18.10 We reserve the right to cancel bets from customers who are involved in an event as participants, referees, coaches, etc.
- 18.11 We reserve the right to withhold payment and declare bets on an event void if we have evidence of compromised integrity or match rigging, based on the size, volume, or patterns of bets placed.
- 18.12 If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be void and accounts refunded.
- 18.13 If a match is abandoned (due to injury, weather, etc.), bets already settled up to the time of abandonment will stand. For example, in a football match abandoned in the second half, first-half bets stand; first goalscorer bets stand, but last/anytime goalscorer bets are void. In tennis, if a player retires in the 3rd set, bets on the 1st and 2nd sets stand.
- 18.14 We are not responsible for typing, human, or palpable errors leading to obvious price errors. In such cases, all bets will be void.
- 18.15 Multiple bets combining selections within the same event where one outcome affects another are not accepted. If taken in error, they will be cancelled.
- 18.16 While we strive for accuracy, live betting information (odds, start times, markets) is provided as a guide only, and we accept no liability for inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to verify such information.
- 18.17 The official result is final for settlement purposes unless specific rules state otherwise. Podium positions, medal ceremonies, or similar official presentations are treated as the official result.
- 18.18 Winnings will be credited to your account following confirmation of the final result.
- 18.19 We reserve the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group acting to defraud us.
- 18.20 We reserve the right to void any bet accepted when an account did not have sufficient funds to cover it (e.g., due to a cancelled deposit).
19. LIMITATIONS ON YOUR WINNINGS ON SPORTS BETTING
Unless stated otherwise in promotion terms, the following apply to bets on our sports products or services:
- 19.1 Maximum winnings from sports betting are exclusive of your stake.
- 19.2 The maximum winnings payable for any single bet on our sports products is £90,000 (ninety thousand pounds) (the “Maximum Win Per Bet“). For example, if you win £100,000 on a single bet, the actual winnings credited will be capped at £90,000.
- 19.3 The maximum winnings payable to you for bets on our sports products in any calendar month is £90,000 (ninety thousand pounds) (“Maximum Winnings Per Month“). For example, if you win a total of £120,000 on one or more sports bets in a calendar month, the total winnings credited will be capped at £90,000.
- 19.4 We reserve the right not to accept any bet if the potential winnings would cause the Maximum Win Per Bet and/or Maximum Winnings Per Month limits to be exceeded.
- 19.5 If we reasonably believe you are acting together with another player or group placing bets on the same or related selections, we may apply the Maximum Win Per Bet and Maximum Winnings Per Month caps to the aggregate winnings of all such bets, as if placed by one player.
- 19.6 If you place several identical bets (single or multiple) and the combined winnings exceed the Maximum Winnings Per Month, we may reduce the stakes so that the winnings fall within the limit.
- 19.7 For bets on sports regulated by a Sports Governing Body (as defined in the Gambling Act 2005), you must not be in breach of any rules concerning irregular betting or misuse of information. If we suspect a breach, we reserve the right to void the relevant bet.
