Responsible Gaming
BetFusion is fully committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment.
We treat responsible gambling as a top priority and strive to provide a secure and supportive experience for all players. We strongly encourage everyone to gamble responsibly and view gaming purely as entertainment.
Our support staff and dedicated Responsible Gaming team have completed GamCare Social Responsibility and Interaction training, which is CPD certified. This training ensures a comprehensive approach to identifying potential risks and enhancing professional skills when assisting players.
We believe that every player’s betting experience should remain enjoyable and positive. In cooperation with regulators and recognized gambling organizations, we offer a wide range of tools and controls designed to help you maintain control of your gaming activity.
While we provide various responsible gambling tools, players who feel they may intentionally avoid these safeguards should seek independent support from organizations such as BeGambleAware®.
Although most people gamble responsibly, gambling can become problematic for some individuals. Below you will find guidance to help you monitor your own, a friend’s, or a family member’s gambling behavior to prevent it from becoming harmful.
Underage Gambling Policy
Participation in gambling activities by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. It is illegal for minors to open an account or play on our website.
Our platform is not designed to attract children or adolescents. We actively monitor and take measures to prevent minors from accessing our services. Since the internet is widely accessible, we strongly encourage parents and guardians to take precautions to protect children from underage gambling, including:
- Never leaving children unattended near computers or smart devices with internet access.
- Setting strong passwords for gambling applications and accounts.
- Ensuring minors do not participate in any gambling activities.
- Keeping login credentials and payment information confidential.
- Educating children about the illegality and risks of underage gambling.
- Limiting children’s internet usage time.
- Monitoring content accessed via mobile devices.
- Using filtering and blocking software such as:
- Net Nanny (multi-device parental control software)
- GamBlock
- Other reputable parental control tools
Understanding Gambling Risks
While gambling is a form of entertainment for most players, a small percentage may develop problematic behavior. We take this matter seriously and have introduced various measures to help prevent and manage compulsive gambling (see also “How Can I Restrict My Account?”).
Important Reminders:
- Gambling is for entertainment only and should never be viewed as a way to earn money or pay debts.
- Outcomes are based on chance, and winnings cannot be guaranteed.
- Always gamble by your own choice and for enjoyment.
- Understand the rules of each game before playing.
- Monitor the time and money you spend.
- Chasing losses is ineffective and can lead to further financial difficulties.
- Avoid gambling under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Is My Gambling Becoming Problematic?
If you are unsure whether gambling has become an issue for you or someone close to you, consider the following questions:
- Do you neglect daily responsibilities (work, studies, etc.) to gamble?
- Do you gamble to escape personal problems?
- Do you feel distressed when you run out of gambling funds?
- Do you frequently try to win back losses?
- Have you lied or stolen to fund gambling?
- Do you hide the amount of time or money spent gambling?
- Do you use money intended for other purposes to gamble?
- Has gambling caused financial debt?
- Have others criticized your gambling habits?
- Has gambling reduced your interest in family, friends, or hobbies?
- Do you prioritize gambling over loved ones?
- Do you feel the urge to gamble after stress or arguments?
- Has gambling made you feel depressed or hopeless?
The more “yes” answers you give, the more likely it is that professional support may be necessary.
How Can I Restrict My Account?
We provide several tools to help you stay in control:
1. Personal Limits
You can set limits on how much you deposit or play daily, weekly, or monthly via the “My Account” section.
Deposit Limits:
- Daily: 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM (GMT)
- Weekly: Monday 12:00 AM – Sunday 11:59 PM (GMT)
- Monthly: From the 1st day of the month 12:00 AM to the last day 11:59 PM (GMT)
Play Limits:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes follow the same GMT structure.
If you increase a limit, it will take effect after 24 hours. If you decrease a limit, the change applies immediately.
You may also request wagering or loss limits by contacting customer support via live chat.
Additionally:
- Staff are trained to identify problem and underage gambling.
- A self-exclusion program is available.
- Promotional materials will stop upon self-exclusion request.
- Full deposit and betting history is accessible via “My Account”.
2. Cool-Off Period
If you need a short break, you can activate a cool-off period of:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 1 week
- 1 month
- 6 weeks
- 3 months
During this time, your account will be temporarily suspended and inaccessible.
3. Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer restriction, you may request self-exclusion for:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- Permanent
All accounts under your identity will be suspended. Opening new accounts during this period is prohibited. Attempts to bypass self-exclusion may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds, subject to legal obligations.
Reactivation can be requested after the exclusion period ends, with access restored no earlier than 24 hours after approval.
Marketing communications will stop during self-exclusion.
We recommend withdrawing any available balance before activating self-exclusion.
4. Reality Check
The Reality Check feature reminds you how long you have been playing and shows your wagering and winnings during that session.
A notification appears after one hour of continuous login. You can then choose to continue or stop.
This feature must be activated individually for each account and device.
5. Session Time Limits
You may set limits on the duration of each gaming session by contacting customer support.
External Support and Assistance
If you feel unable to control your gambling behavior, we strongly encourage contacting professional support organizations such as:
- Gambling Therapy

You may also install blocking software such as Cyber Patrol or BetBlocker.

- Crisis Response (continuous blocking)
- Harm Minimization (scheduled blocks)
- Parental Controls (password-protected blocking)
