If there is any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of our Terms of Service, and acceptance of them is required to register an account. Any capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: (i) individual; (ii) residential address; (iii) email; (iv) phone number; (v) identical payment account or connected Skrill accounts; (vi) IP address; (vii) computer; (viii) mobile device (tablet or phone); (ix) electronic payment account; (x) application download or shared device (for example, public libraries, internet cafés, or workplaces).
Sports bets will not contribute to the casino bonus wagering requirement. If a player places sports bets before completing the casino bonus wagering requirement, the company may retain any amount exceeding the player’s initial deposit when processing a withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotions from BetFusion are intended solely for recreational players. Any behaviour that attempts to unfairly exploit or manipulate bonuses or promotional offers is strictly prohibited. Activities considered prohibited include: using identical betting patterns across the same events, markets, or selections identifiable across one or multiple accounts; betting on all possible outcomes of an event or creating relationships between players that guarantee profit regardless of the result (“Prohibited Play”).
If a player or a group of players engages in Prohibited Play related to a promotion, BetFusion may, at its sole discretion: (i) restrict the player’s participation in the promotion; (ii) modify bonus or offer conditions; (iii) cancel or revoke bonus eligibility, bonus amounts, or associated winnings at any time; (iv) settle bets at the correct odds; and/or (v) charge administrative fees up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet, risk-free bet, or additional payment required to cover administrative expenses caused by the breach of Sports Bonus Terms, within reasonable limits. If bonus rights are removed due to Prohibited Play, the player will receive an explanation of the violation involved.
Offers and bonuses are only available to players who have deposited more than $10 into their active account on the website.
These Bonus Terms were originally written in English. In case of inconsistencies between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
From time to time, BetFusion may launch promotions, competitions, or special offers governed by separate terms and conditions. Any bonuses, promotional rewards, or gifts credited to your account must be used in accordance with those rules.
BetFusion may cancel, change, or modify any promotion, competition, bonus, or special offer by publishing updated terms or a cancellation notice on the relevant promotion page. Such changes will become effective after 14 days from publication, or immediately if required for security reasons, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or if exceptional circumstances prevent the promotion from being conducted as described.
Casino Bonus Terms
All bonuses provided by BetFusion are subject to the following rules:
BetFusion Welcome Bonus – 100% bonus on the first deposit up to $200 unless otherwise specified. This bonus is available only for deposits of $10 or more. Simply deposit funds into your BetFusion account and the bonus will be credited instantly.
Examples:
Deposit $30 → receive $30 bonus, total playable balance $60.
Deposit $60 → receive $60 bonus, total playable balance $120.
Deposit $90 → receive $90 bonus, total playable balance $180.
Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions:
The Welcome Bonus is limited to one per household. Aspire Global operates several casino brands (“Aspire Global Brands”) and reserves the right to limit welcome bonus usage across its brands. By claiming this welcome bonus at BetFusion, you are not allowed to claim a welcome bonus at other Aspire Global brands. Any attempt to deceive management by creating multiple accounts across Aspire Global brands to obtain bonus funds may be considered bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and fund removal. The Welcome Bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus, promotion, or offer.
The Welcome Bonus must be wagered at BetFusion within 21 days after being credited. BetFusion reserves the right to cancel any welcome bonus that is not used within the allowed period.
For fair gaming purposes, players must complete wagering equal to 35 times the welcome bonus amount before withdrawing winnings.
Examples:
Deposit $30 → receive $30 bonus, wagering requirement is $1,050 before cashing out.
Deposit $60 → receive $60 bonus, wagering requirement is $2,100 before cashing out.
Deposit $90 → receive $90 bonus, wagering requirement is $3,150 before cashing out.
If the bonus is awarded before the first deposit is made, bets placed will not count toward the wagering requirement until a deposit is completed and received by the platform.
Unless otherwise stated, non-deposit bonuses are available only to new players who have not previously received such bonuses.
The welcome bonus is applied automatically. However, there may be cases where it is not credited automatically, and players may need to request it manually. If the welcome bonus is not received after an approved deposit, contact customer support online or via email, providing your username.
Spins Bonus:
All spins credited to a player’s account must be used within 1 day after being awarded. Unused spins will be removed afterward.
Spins are treated as a bonus and must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. Spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements defined below.
All spins bonuses are governed by the standard bonus policy described here.
Players who make a deposit to receive spins as part of a promotional offer must wager the deposited amount before withdrawing. If a player withdraws the deposit without wagering, the earned spins or any associated winnings may be forfeited. This applies only to brands offering welcome deposit spins.
Promotional Play Restrictions:
All BetFusion bonuses and related winnings can be withdrawn only after at least one approved deposit has been made and the player has wagered 35 times the bonus value (unless otherwise specified). For example, a $10 bonus requires $350 wagering before withdrawal.
Deposits can be withdrawn before fulfilling wagering requirements; however, in this case, all bonus funds and winnings will be removed from the account. Players must contact support to withdraw the deposit.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
For bonuses requiring a deposit, bets will not be counted toward wagering requirements until the deposit is completed and credited.
Winnings obtained from free bonuses or free spins are limited to a maximum of $100. Any winnings exceeding $100 from free bonuses or free spins will be considered invalid and will not be counted. Only up to $100 may be withdrawn, subject to bonus policy rules.
Winnings from free bonus or free spin features must be wagered 50 times before withdrawal.
Bets placed on the following games will not count toward wagering requirements: all Video Poker, Roulette, Quick Play, Blackjack, Rush, Hi Lo Fever, Baccarat, 3 Card Poker, Blood Suckers, European Roulette, Football Studio, Jackpot 6000, Keno, Big Bang, Blood Suckers, The Wish Master, Dead or Alive, Lucky Angler, Jack Hammer 2, Cloud Quest, Tower Quest, Pearls of India, Treasure Island, Mega Moolah. If a player places bets on these games before completing the bonus wagering requirement, the platform may retain any amount exceeding the player’s original deposit when processing withdrawals.
If a bet is considered system-abusive regardless of the game, it will be invalid. The platform may deduct winnings if a player places a single bet exceeding $4 or $0.50 per line, or 15% of the bonus amount before completing wagering requirements. For deposits made via Skrill or Neteller, single bets exceeding $2.50 or similar thresholds may also result in withdrawal restrictions. The same applies to bonus buy features.
Using bonus funds solely to advance through bonus stages is prohibited. This includes games such as The Wish Master, Cloud Quest, Tower Quest, Pearls of India and may lead to cancellation of winnings. For example, playing Netent’s “The Wish Master”, activating three wishes, leaving the game, and later collecting feature payouts after the bonus expires is prohibited.
Daily Promotions:
All daily bonus promotions are limited to a maximum of $500 unless otherwise stated.
Deposit Match Up:
Unless otherwise specified, this bonus is generally valid only for the first deposit made by a player within one day.
Cashback:
Cashback bonuses represent a percentage of house losses returned to the player.
Cashback bonuses are paid only after the promotion ends.
Cashback bonuses requiring a deposit are paid up to the total deposited amount and cannot exceed $500.
Cashback bonuses without deposit requirements also cannot exceed $500.
Bonus Codes:
If a bonus code is not entered during the deposit transaction, the player will not qualify for the corresponding bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions are valid for 24 hours (from 7:00 to 7:00 GMT).
Additional bonuses are provided in good faith by BetFusion as incentives or as rewards for loyal returning players who use the platform for entertainment purposes. Bonuses may be refused, cancelled, or withdrawn if abuse of the promotion is detected.
Game winnings generated from free spin or bonus features that were initiated with bonus funds but completed after bonus cancellation or forfeiture will be removed.
No promotional bonus will be granted after funds have been cashed out and are pending in the player’s account. This restriction remains until the cashout is approved or cancelled and the pending account balance becomes zero. The same rule applies if there is still a balance in the active player account.
Other conditions may apply depending on bonus type. All bonuses and associated winnings will be removed after 21 days of inactivity if a bonus balance remains.
BetFusion reserves the right to remove bonus credits or refuse withdrawal requests from players who violate these conditions. In case of disputes, the platform’s decision is final.
